환불규정 Refund Policy

1. 수강권(크레딧) 환불

• 결제일로부터 7일 이내이고 한 번도 사용하지 않은 경우: 결제 금액 전액 환불
• 7일이 지났거나 1회 이상 사용한 경우: 사용한 수업을 정가(회당 ₩30,000)로 공제하고, 남은 금액에서 위약금 10%를 뺀 금액을 환불
• 유효기간(충전일로부터 1년)이 지난 크레딧은 소멸되어 환불되지 않습니다.

Full refund within 7 days of payment if no credits were used. After 7 days or once any credit is used, used lessons are deducted at the regular rate (₩30,000 each) and a 10% cancellation fee is deducted from the remaining balance. Expired credits (1 year after purchase) are not refundable.

2. 환불 금액 예시

10회권(₩270,000)을 구매해 3회 사용 후 환불하는 경우

• 사용분 공제: 3회 × ₩30,000 = ₩90,000
• 남은 금액: ₩270,000 − ₩90,000 = ₩180,000
• 위약금 10%: ₩18,000
• 환불 금액: ₩162,000

Example: 10-lesson pack (₩270,000), 3 lessons used → ₩270,000 − ₩90,000 = ₩180,000, minus 10% fee (₩18,000) = refund ₩162,000.

3. 수업 예약 취소

• 수업 시작 12시간 전까지 취소: 크레딧 복구
• 수업 시작 12시간 이내 취소 또는 무단 불참(노쇼): 크레딧 1회 차감
• 튜터 사정으로 수업이 취소되거나 시스템 장애로 수업이 진행되지 못한 경우: 크레딧 전액 복구
• 첫 수업(무료 오리엔테이션)은 결제가 없으므로 환불 대상이 아닙니다.

Cancel at least 12 hours before the lesson to get your credit back. Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows use 1 credit. If the tutor cancels or a system failure prevents the lesson, the credit is fully restored.

4. 환불 신청 방법

1. 이메일 tourjang@gmail.com으로 가입 이메일·이름·환불 사유를 보내 주세요.
2. 접수 후 3영업일 이내에 환불 금액을 안내하고 처리합니다.
3. 환불은 결제한 수단(카드 취소, PayPal 환불 등)으로 돌려드립니다. 카드사·PayPal 사정에 따라 실제 입금까지 며칠 더 걸릴 수 있습니다.
